How we handle your information

This website

This website has no forms and no accounts, and it does not ask for any personal information.

We use Cloudflare to host the site. Cloudflare may process technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver pages and protect the site from attack. If we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, it counts page visits without advertising trackers.

The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

When you contact us

When you call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your name, phone number and the details you choose to share about the person who died. We use this only to provide the services you ask for.

Some of these details, such as the cause of death, are sensitive. We share them only with the people needed to complete your arrangements, such as the funeral home, the Registrar or the crematorium you choose.

How long we keep it

We delete case messages and notes 90 days after the funeral, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your rights

Under Jamaica's Data Protection Act, you can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us by phone or WhatsApp to make a request.
